TO QUALIFY

To qualify for the federal Lifeline program, individuals or families must have an income of 135% or less of federal poverty guidelines or participate in any of the following programs:

• Medicaid

• Food Stamps

• Temporary Assistance for Needy Families

• Low Income Home Energy Assistance

• Supplemental Security Income

• Free National School Lunch Program

• Federal Public Housing
